Creating a Safe Landing for Horses in Need

Tiny Hiney Farm is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit equine rescue based in Holt, Florida, serving Okaloosa County and surrounding Northwest Florida communities.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and provide a safe landing for horses in need—whether they require medical care, training, or long-term sanctuary.

What started as a passion for horses has grown into a mission to make a real difference. With hands-on experience caring for horses with a variety of needs—including metabolic conditions, laminitis, and vision impairments—we understand the level of care and commitment these animals require.

Tiny Hiney Farm was created to provide that care, while building a sustainable and responsible rescue program for the future.

We believe rescue should be done the right way—not rushed, not reactive, but with the proper foundation in place. That’s why we are focused on developing our facilities, forming community partnerships, and ensuring we have the resources needed to support every horse that comes through our gates.

Rescue doesn’t happen alone. It takes a community of people who care.

Whether you donate, volunteer, or simply follow our journey, you are part of giving these horses a second chance.
